We are always interested in talking to high quality professional staff who might broaden and enhance our current team. Below are outlined the typical backgrounds and qualities of people we employ. If you believe you are up to these standards then we would like to hear from you.
Academic qualifications All our people hold:
At least one good degree from a good university
Many have completed their Doctorate
The degrees held are generally in the disciplines given above. We rarely employ anyone holding the new type of Forensic Science Bachelor degrees, in the main because we are looking for people with the scientific or engineering knowledge gained from a science or engineering first degree. We also normally seek some good post-degree experience as this adds maturity and depth, and so does not have to be directly relevant to our work. Other experience The varied and investigative nature of our work means that our investigators need experience outside mainstream academia. Click experience for some examples. Personal qualities While a technical discipline and good academic background are necessary, suitable personal qualities are also essential.
